L.J. Kruse Company

I needed to replace a 25 year-old toilet, that was no longer working efficiently. Of course, I did a search on the Internet to find out what brand would be best and who to call. As a very satisfied customer l have used LJ Kruse Heating and Plumbing service for 10 plus years. All of their service and office personnel are very friendly and professional. I have also recommended them to some of friends. Keep up the amazing work.

Great experience over all. I have had Kruse out at least 5 times for repairs or new plumbing work on my homes. Always great communication from the office and each plumber that has been out has provided quality work.

Phenomenal service! Needed a same day appointment. Able to coordinate an earlier time. Arrived on time. Greg was courteous, respectful, and knowledgeable. Inspected the items of concern we had plus let us know what else needed attention. Looking forward to the report and estimate! Thanks!

Fantastic!! First, Dave, who came to provide an estimate, was on time, respectful, clear about the work and expectations. Then, Will, the manager was super accommodating when it came about discussing payment plan options. Finally but most importantly, the crew that came on site to do the work was just incredible. Jason led his crew through the work, took the time to brief on the plan for the day, was extremely amenable to our constraints (baby and nap schedule), very respectful and kind. Always checking if things were okay and giving us the heads up, they are by far the best crew we had working on our house. They went beyond our expectations and we will gladly recommend them to anyone lookin…
